Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refund Rules

Eligible Pro and Agency subscriptions are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first successful payment. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, though you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

2. Non-Refundable Services

One-time purchases, add-ons, credits that have been consumed, and any usage during your billing cycle are non-refundable.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical or processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, contact support@sanvio.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund or credit if the error is confirmed.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via your payment provider. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of your paid period.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email support@sanvio.com from the email address associated with your account, including your order or payment ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
