By accessing or using Sanvio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Sanvio. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: misuse the Services; attempt to reverse-engineer or access them by unauthorized means; generate or distribute illegal, hateful, defamatory, infringing or sexually explicit content involving minors; spam, scrape or overload the platform; or use the Services to build a competing product.
5. Intellectual Property
Sanvio and its content, branding and software are owned by Sanvio and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host, process and display it for the purpose of providing the Services.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees and any taxes to your selected payment method until you cancel.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Where applicable, eligible Pro and Agency subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanvio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for how you use any generated content.
10. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or create risk or legal exposure for us. Where reasonable, we will provide notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of India unless otherwise required by applicable law.
